EXAMPLES

This scene from Capt America: The Winter Soldier is hailed as one of the best of the Avengers fight sequences. (I think it's due to the theatrical - rather than filmic - choreography required by the confined space.)

Check out the knife work in Black Panther, starting at 03:30. There are also some lovely examples of weapons combat in the first half of the clip.

Jackie Chan is one of the best stuntmen in Hollywood. Note his incorporation of costume and prop pieces into his choreography in this excerpt from First Strike.

Starting at 01:39, this sequence from Sherlock Holmes (2009) bends the traditional rules of pacing filmed fights. They show the audience what they will do in slow-mo and then perform the fight again in real-time (or +15%).

Mrs Hawking Parts 4 & 5 contain some lovely stage fight sequences, including armed and open hand choreo.
