I had no idea that putting on a radio show takes so much work and preparation. They are real actors! Before this experience, I just assumed they read from scripts, how hard could it be? You really have to pay attention to everything you are doing while recording. The Foley’s job is so
interesting. I really enjoyed making original sounds out of everyday items.

I would love to learn more about the foley position. It was so fun. I would have never expected to like this assignment so much. It was brilliant!

I had a great time thinking outside the box for sound effects. I would highly recommend you do this activity again next semester.
